Holly: You don't do enough exercise.
Rob: I walk a lot.
Holly: Walking isn't enough, Rob. Do you do anything to keep fit?
Rob: I cycle, when I'm in London.
Holly: So why don't you get a bike here.
Rob: I'm only here for another three weeks. Anyway, my hotel's near the office. I don't need a bike.

Joey: Man, it is so hard to shop for girls.
Rachel: What did you get her?
Joey: A pen! It's two gifts in one. It's a pen that's also a clock, huh?
Chandler: You can't give her that.
Joey: Why not?
Chandler: Because she's not 11!
Rachel: What he means by that is while this is a very nice gift, maybe it's just not something a boyfriend gives.

Emily: Well, I am trying. Miranda sacked the last two girls after only a few weeks. We need to find someone who can survive here. Do you understand?

Emily: Oh, my God. I will pretend you did not just ask me that. She's the editor-in-chief of Runway, not to mention a legend. You work a year for her, and you can get a job at any magazine you want. A million girls would kill for this job.
Andy: It sounds like a great opportunity. I'd love to be considered.
Emily: Andrea, Runway is a fashion magazine, so an interest in fashion is crucial.

Bilbo: An adventure? No, I don't imagine anyone west of Bree would have much interest in adventures. Nasty, disturbing, uncomfortable things. Make you late for dinner!
Gandalf: You've changed, and not entirely for the better, Bilbo Baggins.

Gandalf: Well, you know my name, although you don't remember I belong to it. I'm Gandalf.
Bilbo: Gandalf? Not Gandalf, the wandering wizard who made such excellent fireworks? Old Took used to have them on Midsummer's Eve! Well! I had no idea you were still in business.
