Ask your partner the same questions:
What's the most beautiful city you've ever been to?
I think the most beautiful city I've been to is Rome in Italy.
Why?
Because I think it has everything: beautiful buildings, lots of culture, a beach, mountains. And there's lots to see and do.
What's the most interesting historical site you've ever visited?
The most interesting historical site was probably Pompeii. I walked up Mount Vesuvius and kind of saw the kind of volcano. It's dormant now.
But also walking around the ancient ruins of Pompeii was really interesting because you see things in their society that are similar to ours
like graffiti and kind of signs saying beware of the dog. And it's just really interesting to see like an ancient civilization that's frozen in time like that.
Why did you go there?
It was on a school trip when I was young, probably about like 15 years old.
Would you recommend it to other people?
I think I would. It was really interesting. It's also really nice weather down there as well. But it's just interesting walking around and just
seeing the different elements of Roman society. And I was studying Latin at the time, so it kind of fitted in quite nicely.
Have you ever had a disastrous holiday?
I remember going to Scarborough, which is on the northeast coast of England, when I was about four or five and it was a family holiday.
I went with my parents and my grandparents and my aunt and uncle. And the weather was appalling. It was terrible. And it rained every day. It was freezing cold.
And all I can remember is sitting looking out of the window of the hotel looking at the sky hoping it was going to stop raining, which it never did.
And we just sat there arguing like families do.
